Section 329IAC10-2-190. "Trust fund" defined

"Trust fund" means a fund established by a permittee and held by a financial institution licensed by Indiana, as the trustee with a fiduciary responsibility to carry out the terms of the trust, as specified in 329 IAC 10-39-10, for the benefit of the department.
