Section 329IAC10-2-140. "Post-closure cost estimate" defined

"Post-closure cost estimate" means the original or most recently submitted written estimate, in current dollars, of the total cost of post-closure monitoring and maintenance of the solid waste land disposal facility during the entire post-closure care period in accordance with the post-closure plan.
