Section 329IAC10-2-122. "Normal water line" defined

"Normal water line" means the average normal water level, as determined by the department of natural resources under 310 IAC 6, or the average boundary of the water as evidenced by either water level records or changes in the character of vegetation and soil due to the presence of the water.
