Section 329IAC10-2-1. Definitions

   (a) In addition to the definitions in IC 13-11-2, the definitions in this rule apply throughout this article to municipal solid waste landfills.

  (b) In addition to the definitions in IC 13-11-2, the definitions in this rule apply to the regulation of nonmunicipal solid waste landfills, construction/demolition sites, and restricted waste sites Types I, II, III, and IV as follows:

(1) 329 IAC 10-3-3.

(2) 329 IAC 10-4.

(3) 329 IAC 10-7.1 and 329 IAC 10-8.1.

(4) 329 IAC 10-9-3 and 329 IAC 10-9-5.

(5) 329 IAC 10-10 through 329 IAC 10-23.

(6) 329 IAC 10-39-10 and 329 IAC 10-39-11.
