Section 329IAC10-11-4.1. Application for vertical expansions

  1. (a) In addition to the application requirements given at section 2.1 of this rule, a complete application for major modification of a solid waste land disposal facility permit involving only a vertical expansion must include all the information and documentation required at 329 IAC 10-18-1 for MSWLFs and at 329 IAC 10-26-3 for non-MSWLFs.

  (b) In addition to the application requirements given at subsection (a) and section 2.1 of this rule, a complete application for a vertical expansion of a solid waste land disposal facility permit involving only a minor modification must include the name and address of all owners or last taxpayers of record of property of adjoining land that is within one-half (½) mile of the solid waste boundary.
