Section 329IAC1-1-4. Reference to federal acts

   (a) Unless otherwise indicated, references in these rules (329 IAC) to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) shall mean the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended, by the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments of 1984, as amended, 4 U.S.C. §6901, et seq. Unless otherwise indicated, references in these rules (329 IAC) to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERLA) [sic., (CERCLA)] shall mean the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §9601, et seq. Unless otherwise indicated, references in these rules (329 IAC) to the Toxic Substances Control Act as amended by the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986, as amended, 15 U.S.C. §2601 et seq.
