  •    (a) "Pipe" or "piping" means a hollow cylinder or tubular conduit that is constructed of nonearthen materials that routinely contains and conveys regulated substances from the tank or tanks to the dispenser or other end-use equipment. The term includes a suction system for product delivery under 329 IAC 9-7-2(2)(B).

      (b) The term does not include vent, vapor recovery, or fill lines that do not routinely contain regulated substances.
