Section 329IAC10-2-116. "Municipal solid waste landfill" or "MSWLF" defined

  •    (a) "Municipal solid waste landfill" or "MSWLF" means a solid waste land disposal facility that is:

    (1) permitted to accept municipal solid waste; and

    (2) not:

    (A) a land application unit;

    (B) a surface impoundment;

    (C) an injection well; or

    (D) a waste pile.

      (b) An MSWLF is a sanitary landfill for purposes of IC 13-20-21. Such a landfill may be publicly or privately owned.
