Section 328IAC1-5-3. Deemed approved; reimbursement of costs

"Deemed approved", under IC 13-23-8-4, means that the administrator shall consider the CAP approved solely for purposes of reimbursement of reimbursable costs from the fund. A CAP having been deemed approved shall in no way relieve the person applying to the fund of the obligation to be in substantial compliance with all applicable rules or department standards. A deemed approved CAP shall be superseded by the administrator's issuance of a determination on the CAP.
