Section 328IAC1-3-2. Fund disbursement

(a) Monies may be disbursed from the fund to persons listed in section 1 of this rule for payment of reimbursable costs as specified under section 5 of this rule.

(b) Monies may be disbursed to persons listed in section 1 of this rule for payment of third party liability claims in compliance with IC 13-23-9-3.
