Section 328IAC1-2-3. Obligation of monies

(a) Claims shall be paid in the order received by the administrator unless the procedure set forth in 328 IAC 1-4 is applicable.
(b) At the beginning of each state fiscal year, the administrator shall obligate sufficient monies for administering the fund. This amount shall be approved by the financial assurance board.
