Section 327IAC8-2.5-10. Initial distribution system evaluations

   (a) 40 CFR 141, Subpart U is incorporated by reference and consists of the following:

(1) 40 CFR 141.600, General requirements*.

(2) 40 CFR 141.601, Standard monitoring*.

(3) 40 CFR 141.602, System specific studies*.

(4) 40 CFR 141.603, 40/30 certification*.

(5) 40 CFR 141.604, Very small system waivers*.

(6) 40 CFR 141.605, Subpart V, Compliance monitoring location recommendations*.

  (b) For purposes of this rule, the following substitutions must be made for terms used in the portions of 40 CFR 141* adopted by reference:

(1) "40 CFR 141.131" means section 5 of this rule.

(2) "40 CFR 141.132" means section 6 of this rule.

(3) "40 CFR 141.29" means 327 IAC 8-2-2(b).

(4) "40 CFR 141.64" means section 2 of this rule.

(5) "EPA" means the department of environmental management.

(6) "State" means the commissioner of the department of environmental management.

(7) "Subpart L" means sections 4 through 9 of this rule.

(8) "Subpart V" means sections 11 through 20 of this rule.
