Section 327IAC7.1-8-4. Updating information

Latest version.

If the information provided in the application for the land application approval changes, the applicant or holder of the approval shall provide the new information to the commissioner no more than fifteen (15) days after the information provided in the application changes. The commissioner may modify the approval based on this information.
