Section 327IAC7.1-2-25. "Owner" defined

Latest version.

"Owner" means the person who owns any of the following:

(1) Wastewater management business.

(2) Vehicle used for wastewater management activities.

(3) Wastewater treatment facility.

(4) Wastewater storage facility.

(5) Wastewater land application site.
