Section 327IAC6.1-8-2. Application procedures for permitting lagoons

(a) Requests for a permit for a lagoon must be submitted at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the intended date of construction.
(b) The permit application must be accompanied by plans, specifications, and sufficient information to indicate compliance with the requirements of this article. The applicant shall submit such additional information as may be required by the commissioner to make a determination.
(c) Plans and specifications for lagoons must be certified by a professional engineer registered in Indiana.
