Section 327IAC6.1-2-55.5. "Surface waters" defined

5. "Surface waters" means water present on the surface of the earth, including:

(1) streams;

(2) lakes;

(3) ponds;

(4) rivers;

(5) swamps;

(6) marshes; or

(7) wetlands.
