Section 327IAC6.1-2-39. "Pathogenic organisms" defined

Latest version.

"Pathogenic organisms" means disease-causing organisms, including the following:

(1) Certain bacteria.

(2) Protozoa.

(3) Viruses.

(4) Viable helminth ova.

(5) Fungi.

(6) Other disease-causing organisms.
