Section 327IAC6.1-2-3. "Agricultural land" defined

Latest version.

"Agricultural land" means land used for:

(1) production of a food crop;

(2) production of a feed crop;

(3) production of a fiber crop;

(4) production of trees for harvest; or

(5) pasture for animals.
