Section 327IAC5-17-12. "National pretreatment standard" defined

   "National pretreatment standard" means any regulation that applies to industrial users and contains pollutant discharge limits promulgated by the EPA in accordance with Section 307(b) and 307(c) of the federal Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1317(b) and 33 U.S.C. 1317(c))*.
