Section 327IAC5-1.5-71. "Water pollution treatment or control facility" defined

  •    "Water pollution treatment or control facility" means any equipment, device, unit, or structure that is used to control, prevent, pretreat, or treat any discharge or threatened discharge of pollutants into any waters of Indiana, including surface and subsurface waters and public or private sewerage systems. The term includes, but is not limited to, the following:

    (1) Treatment facilities.

    (2) Combined sewers.

    (3) Sanitary sewers.

    (4) Disposal well systems.

    (5) Animal feeding operation treatment facilities.

    (6) Land application treatment facilities.

    (7) Cyanide isolation facilities.
