Section 327IAC5-1.5-11. "Discharge of a pollutant" defined

  •    "Discharge of a pollutant" means any addition of any pollutant, or combination of pollutants, into any waters of the state from a point source in Indiana. The term includes, without limitation, additions of pollutants into waters of the state from the following:

    (1) Surface run-off collected or channeled by man.

    (2) Discharges through pipes, sewers, or other conveyances that do not lead to treatment works.
