Section 327IAC2-4-4. Preparation of reports by operator; time for submission

   All reports shall be prepared by the certified wastewater treatment plant operator, licensed under the provisions of IC 13-1-6 [IC 13-1 was repealed by P.L.1-1996, SECTION 99, effective July 1, 1996.], when such discharge(s) originate(s) in whole or in part from a wastewater treatment plant as defined in IC 13-1-6 [IC 13-1 was repealed by P.L.1-1996, SECTION 99, effective July 1, 1996.]. Such reports shall be submitted prior to the 28th day of the following month.
