Section 327IAC15-14-2. Applicability

This rule applies to on-site residential sewage discharging disposal systems located within the Allen County on-site waste management district that have been installed to repair or replace a sewage disposal system that fails to meet public health and environmental standards and for which an operating permit has been issued pursuant to IC 13-18-12-9. Such systems shall discharge one thousand (1,000) gallons or less per day of treated sanitary wastewater.
