Section 327IAC2-1-5. Exception to quality standards applicability

All surface water quality standards in section 6 of this rule, except those provided in section 6(a)(1) of this rule, will cease to be applicable when the stream flows are less than the average minimum seven (7) consecutive day low flow that occurs once in ten (10) years. This determination will be made using Low-Flow Characteristics of Indiana Streams, 1996, United States Department of the Interior, Geological Survey, or any additional information compiled on a comparable basis.
