Section 327IAC15-7-3. Applicability

Latest version.

This rule applies to all persons who:

(1) meet the NPDES general permit rule applicability requirements under 327 IAC 15-2-3; or

(2) have an existing point source discharge of wastewater controlled by a valid individual NPDES permit.
