Rule 327IAC11-1. Environmental Assessment; Activities of State Agencies |
Section 327IAC11-1-2. Purpose
-
The purpose of this article is to:
(1) designate which actions:
(A) are within the scope of IC 13-12-4; and
(B) constitute a major state action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment;
(2) provide a process that state agencies may use to determine if a specific action is a major state action significantly affecting the quality of the human environment; and
(3) assist state agencies in carrying out their responsibilities under IC 13-12-4.
