Section 326IAC20-8-1. Applicability; incorporation by reference of federal standards

   (a) The provisions of this rule apply to each chromium electroplating or chromium anodizing tank at facilities performing:

(1) hard chromium electroplating;

(2) decorative chromium electroplating; or

(3) chromium anodizing.

  (b) The air pollution control board incorporates by reference 40 CFR 63, Subpart N*, National Emission Standards for Chromium Emissions from Hard and Decorative Electroplating and Anodizing Tanks.
