Rule 326IAC2-14. Portable Sources |
Section 326IAC2-14-2. Applicability

(a) This rule applies to any person who proposes any of the following:
(1) Construction of a new stationary source consisting of a portable source, operation, process, or emissions unit.
(2) Modification to an existing source and such modification consists of a portable source, operation, process, or emissions unit, except for a relocation at an existing source that meets the criteria of 326 IAC 2-1.1-3(h)(2).
(3) Relocation of a portable source, operation, process, or emissions unit.
(4) Modification of a portable source, operation, process, or emissions unit at a source operating under a valid operating permit.
(b) For the purposes of this rule, a source may divide the operation into like units, processes, or operations for the purposes of relocation or anticipated relocation. This division must be done as part of the initial application review process.
