Rule 326IAC18-1. Asbestos Management Personnel; Licensing |
Section 326IAC18-1-9. License fee; application fee

(a) Upon application for accreditation, an asbestos license, a person shall pay a fee as follows:
(1) Asbestos inspector: one hundred dollars ($100).
(2) Asbestos management planner: one hundred dollars ($100).
(3) Asbestos project designer: one hundred dollars ($100).
(4) Asbestos contractor: one hundred fifty dollars ($150).
(5) Asbestos project supervisor: one hundred dollars ($100).
(6) Asbestos worker: fifty dollars ($50).
(b) Fees paid by mail shall be paid by check or money order and shall be made payable to the Asbestos Trust Fund.
(c) The application fee is not:
(1) transferable from one (1) type of asbestos license to another;
(2) transferable from one (1) person to another;
(3) transferable to any other type of license issued by the department; or
(4) refundable;
unless requested by the applicant and approved by the department within three (3) days of submittal to the department or prior to processing by the department, whichever is earlier.
(d) If the department determines the information on the application to be incomplete, the applicant will be requested to submit the missing information. If the information is not submitted within one (1) year of the department's receipt of the application, the application will expire and the fee is not transferable or refundable.
