Section 326IAC14-8-5. Reporting requirements

   For the purposes of this rule, 40 CFR 61.247(b)(5), Reporting Requirements*, shall read, "The results of all performance tests to determine compliance with no detectable emissions and with 40 CFR 61.243-1* and 40 CFR 61.243-2* conducted within the semiannual reporting period.".
