Section 326IAC14-7-1. Applicability; incorporation by reference of federal standards

   (a) This rule applies to each of the following sources that are intended to operate in benzene service:

(1) Pumps.

(2) Compressors.

(3) Pressure relief devices.

(4) Sampling connections.

(5) Systems.

(6) Open-ended valves or lines.

(7) Valves.

(8) Flanges and other connectors.

(9) Product accumulator vessels.

(10) Control devices or systems required by this rule.

  (b) The board hereby adopts by reference and incorporates herein 40 CFR 61, Subpart J, Emission Standard for Equipment Leaks (Fugitive Emission Sources) of Benzene*.
