Section 326IAC11-6-6. Waste management plans

   (a) The owner or operator of a designated facility shall prepare a waste management plan as specified in 40 CFR 60, Subpart Ec, Section 60.55c*.

  (b) The waste management plan shall be submitted to the department by the date specified in 40 CFR 60, Subpart Ec, Section 60.58c(c)*.
