Section 326IAC1-2-33.1. "Grain elevator" defined

1. "Grain elevator" means an installation at which grains are weighed, cleaned, dried, loaded, unloaded, and placed in storage. The term does not include any portion of the installation at which activities other than those described in this section are conducted.
