Rule 318IAC1-3. Responsibilities of the Owner of Contaminated Property |
Section 318IAC1-3-1. Applicability
Latest version.

(a) This rule applies to the owner of any of the following properties that meet the definition of a contaminated property:
(1) Single or multiple family residences.
(2) Mobile homes.
(3) Hotels or motels.
(4) Businesses.
(5) Vehicles.
(6) Watercraft.
(7) Rental storage units.
(8) Outbuildings that are readily accessible to children.
(b) This rule does not apply to any of the following:
(1) Property that is not described in subsection (a).
(2) Waste collection containers.
