Section 315IAC1-3-5. Request for extension of time for filing pleading, document, or motion

Unless prohibited by statute, the presiding ELJ may grant an extension of time for the filing of any pleading, document, or motion as follows:
(1) Upon timely motion of a party to the proceeding.
(2) After notice to all other parties unless the moving party can show good cause why serving notice is impracticable.
(3) After consideration of prejudice to other parties.
