Section 315IAC1-3-10. Conduct of hearing; separation of witnesses

   (a) The presiding ELJ shall govern the:

(1) conduct of a hearing; and

(2) the order of proof.

  (b) The office's review of a department decision is de novo.

  (c) On a motion by a party, the presiding ELJ may provide for a separation of witnesses.
