Section 312IAC8-1.5-22. "Vehicle" defined

Latest version.

"Vehicle" means:

(1) an automobile;

(2) a motorcycle;

(3) a truck;

(4) a trailer;

(5) a semitrailer;

(6) a tractor;

(7) a bus;

(8) a school bus;

(9) a recreational vehicle;

(10) a trailer or semitrailer used in the transportation of a boat; or

(11) a motorized bicycle.
