Section 312IAC8-1-2. Administration

Latest version.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), this article is administered by the department.

(b) This article does not apply to a person who has contracted with the department, if the person is conducting business of the department, or to any of the following while performing official duties for the department or commission:

(1) An employee of the department.

(2) A member of the commission.

(3) An employee of the commission.

(4) A member of the advisory council.

(5) A law enforcement officer.
