Section 312IAC6-1-2. Transfer of license

(a) A person cannot transfer or assign a license issued under this article unless prior written approval for the transfer or assignment is obtained from the director.

(b) The director shall not unreasonably deny a request to transfer or assign a permit issued under this article.
