Section 312IAC5-2-30. "Recreational boat" defined

Latest version.

"Recreational boat" means a boat not used for carrying passengers for hire that is either:

(1) manufactured or used primarily for noncommercial use; or

(2) leased, rented, or chartered to another person for noncommercial use.
