Section 312IAC5-2-23. "Navigation aid or water recreation structure" defined

Latest version.

"Navigation aid or water recreation structure" means any of the following:

(1) A buoy.

(2) A marker.

(3) A flag.

(4) A device which is used for the purpose of swimming or extending the use of water skis, water sleds, or aquaplanes.
