Section 312IAC5-2-18.5. "Major organized boating activity" defined

5. "Major organized boating activity" means an activity other than a boat race, fishing tournament, or water ski event that:

(1) involves fifteen (15) or more boats as participants;

(2) involves fifty (50) or more boats as spectators;

(3) is conducted according to a prearranged schedule for a limited duration; or

(4) is reasonably expected to significantly disrupt boat traffic.
