Section 312IAC5-14-23. Marine liability insurance

  •    The owner of a boat carrying passengers for hire must maintain marine liability insurance for bodily injury in the lesser of the following amounts:

    (1) Eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) per passenger per accident.

    (2) One million dollars ($1,000,000) in the aggregate.
