Section 312IAC3-1-11. Conduct of hearing; separation of witnesses

(a) An administrative law judge shall govern the conduct of a hearing and the order of proof.

(b) On a motion by a party before the commencement of testimony, the administrative law judge shall provide for a separation of witnesses.
