Section 312IAC25-7-4. Availability of records

   A copy of any record, report, inspection material, or any other information obtained under sections 1 through 3 of this rule, this section, and sections 5 through 10 of this rule other than material designated as confidential, shall be available to the public at the department and at the office of the county recorder in the appropriate county or counties, for the period of time commencing upon issuance until five (5) years after all bonds have been released for the related permitted operation.
