Section 312IAC25-7-15. Civil penalties; penalty determination; point system

   Except as provided in sections 13(d) and 16(b) of this rule, the director shall determine the amount of civil penalty, by converting the total number of points assigned under section 14 of this rule to a dollar amount, according to the following schedule:
