Section 312IAC25-4-89. Underground mining permit applications; reclamation plan; relocation or use of public roads

  •    Each application shall describe, with appropriate maps and cross sections, the measures to be used to ensure that the interests of the public and landowners affected are protected if, under 312 IAC 25-3-2(e)(4), the applicant seeks to have the director approve:

    (1) conducting the proposed underground mining activities within one hundred (100) feet, measured horizontally, of the right-of-way of any public road, except where mine access or haul roads join that right-of-way; or

    (2) relocating a public road.
