Section 312IAC25-4-55. Surface mining permit applications; reclamation and operations plan; transportation facilities

Each application shall contain a description of each road, conveyor, or rail system to be constructed, used, or maintained within the proposed permit area. The description shall include a map, appropriate cross sections, and the following:

(1) Specifications for each culvert, bridge, drainage ditch, and drainage structure.

(2) A description of measures to be taken to comply with 312 IAC 25-6-65.

(3) Each plan shall contain a general description of each road, conveyor, or rail system to be constructed, used, or maintained within the proposed permit area.
