Section 312IAC25-4-21. Surface mining permit applications; permit term information

(a) Each permit shall be issued for a fixed term not to exceed five (5) years, except where the director grants a longer fixed period as provided in this section.
(b) Each application shall state the following:
(1) The anticipated starting and termination dates of the surface mining activities.
(2) The anticipated number of acres of land to be affected annually and over the total life of the permit.
(c) If the applicant proposes to conduct the surface mining activities in excess of five (5) years, the application shall contain the information required by section 119 of this rule.
