Section 312IAC22-3-7. Curation; scientific investigations

(a) The curation of artifacts, materials, and specimens recovered during a scientific investigation is controlled by 312 IAC 21-3-8(a) through 312 IAC 21-3-8(b).

(b) In addition to the requirements contained in subsection (a), section 9(g) through 9(h) of this rule applies to the recovery of buried human remains.
